Job Summary:
The Sales and Service Coordinator implements the terms and conditions of the sales and purchase contracts, and manages their execution with various stakeholders. This role safeguards the interest and profitability of TIC in the implementation of the project's terms and conditions, and accurately reports in a timely manner project reports related to sales, costs, change orders, back charges, cash flow and all matters affecting financial reporting

Responsibilities:
To safe guard the interest and profitability of TIC in the implementation of the project s terms and conditions
To accurately report in a timely manner project reports related to sales, costs, change orders, back charges, cash flow and all matters affecting financial reporting
Reviews the final contracts of assigned projects and analyzes the T s and C s as well as the special requirements of the customers to allow for maximization of gross profit margin and minimize Toshiba s overall political, legal and economic risks
Negotiates with vendors and manages procurement contracts, both domestic and international
Consults and works closely with the Manager Sales Marketing on various issues ranging from commercial terms and conditions for contracts to discussing strategy on complex contracts and assesses the various risks involved.
Creates and maintains strong relationships with clients and vendors
Coordinates closely with TSB, Project Managers, TIC Corporate Office, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth business transactions
Coordinates with logistic personnel for selection of heavy hauler and coordination of efficient delivery of project equipment
Handles damage claims belonging for damaged material on projects, acting as a liaison between client, TSB, and insurance companies
Trouble-shoots on problem contracts, including those in the warranty period Handles recommended spare parts orders
Assists the Manager - Sales and Marketing in gathering information related to prospective projects.
Prepares project reports, cash flows, and other financial reports on a timely basis, reflecting accurate contract information, reconciled with TSB s information and reconciling these reports with Accounting records on a monthly basis Issues purchase orders and invoices
Approves payments of vendors invoices, related to project contracts
Follows up customers on unpaid invoices, maximizing cash flow position
Travels to jobsites and customers to monitor progress, address client s concerns and resolves pending commercial items

Requirements
